KAILA BELL REPRESENTS TRWCD IN YOUTH SPEAKING COMPETITION AT ANNUAL MCDA CONFERENCE

Each year at the Manitoba Conservation Districts Association(MCDA) Annual Conference each District is given the opportunity to choose a youth speaker. The Youth speaking competition is the highlight of the conference with many people attending this exciting competition. This past year there were 7 youth speaking on a variety of topics. The representative for the TRCWD  spoke on coral reefs a very interesting topic. Once all the votes were tabulated Kaila was chosen the crowd favorite and finished second overall. GREAT JOB KAILA.
